LOAN OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Petra Cephas is a rapidly growing Mortgage Broker searching for a detail-oriented and organized Loan Operations Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the loan operations department by performing a variety of administrative tasks related to the processing and servicing of loans and the management team in achieving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to contribute to the success of the Company.

Your Primary Duties


• Ensure loan files and processes comply with applicable federal, state, and company regulations. Assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Organize, maintain and track electronic loan files to ensure proper documentation is available for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Prepare routine reports and assist in data collection and analysis to help streamline loan processing and improve department efficiencies.
• Accurately input loan data into internal systems, maintaining up-to-date loan records and ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Assist the company in obtaining and maintaining state licenses for loan operations. This includes researching state-specific licensing requirements, assisting with the preparation and submission of license applications, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining calendars, and handling other office tasks as needed.
• Additional duties are required.
