We're currently expanding and seeking a motivated Loan Officer Success Coach to train and mentor new hires.

Position Overview

As a Loan Officer Success Coach at Petra Cephas, you will play a pivotal role in the professional growth and success of our loan officers by providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and guidance. You will leverage your expertise in the mortgage industry to develop and deliver impactful coaching sessions that enhance productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team within a dynamic and supportive brokerage environment.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for mentoring and training professionals

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations

  • Proven experience in the mortgage industry, preferably as a Loan Officer or similar role (minimum 5 years)

  • Proficient in CRM systems, loan origination software, and sales tools

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to identify individual strengths and tailor coaching methods to maximize results

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local lending regulations and best practices

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement comprehensive training programs for new and experienced loan officers

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to loan officers to enhance sales performance and compliance

  • Assist in onboarding new hires by educating them on company policies, mortgage products, and processes

  • Host regular workshops, webinars, and training sessions focused on sales strategies, market updates, and compliance

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of loan officers to identify areas for improvement and create actionable development plans

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to ensure accurate and effective training content

  • Collaborate with department managers to align coaching strategies with company objectives

  • Guide loan officers in developing marketing plans and utilizing technology to grow their client base

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned
