Job Description
Petra Cephas is a rapidly growing Mortgage Broker searching for a talented Marketing Associate who is passionate about their career and looking to grow with our company. Our ideal candidate will continue to help us set a high standard in the mortgage industry by delivering quality service to our Loan Officers and Business Partners. This is an in-office position.
Your Primary Duties
Assist with planning, coordinating & managing company events
Provide on-site event support
Create marketing and advertising campaigns
Create flyers, flyers, mailers, emails, and other miscellaneous marketing materials
Regularly create, manage, and update our social media accounts with up-to-date and relevant content
CRM data entry & data analytics (track and manage each Loan Officer’s database and regularly update client/referral partner/third party partners information)
Occasionally take photos & videos at company events, company sponsored events, or in-office partner events
Work closely with 3rd party referral partners to help them achieve their marketing goals, as needed
Miscellaneous marketing tasks may arise and be assigned to the employee
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledge of design software (Adobe, Photoshop, etc)
Excellent time management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Canva or other Graphic Design software
